Entire bungalow, nr Brighton and beach - sleeps 4

This comfortable bungalow being situated in Southwick makes for an excellent low cost visit to Brighton and surrounding areas as it's easy to travel in (train or bus both direct, cheap and quick) but cheaper to rent and away from the noisy aspect of the city! You also have the choice of the quieter end of the beach! Two double bedrooms makes it perfect for either two couples or a small family. The space The bungalow has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with a wood burning stove making it a very sociable space for entertaining or just being together with friends or family. A luxury bathroom is available for all to use and two comfortable double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is a conservatory with seating and access to a large garden with fire pits and outdoor seating areas when weather is nice. Guest access Parking is all free in this area and relatively easy to find spaces near to the bungalow as well as space for one car on private driveway. I recommend public transport for travelling to local towns / cities. Southwick train Station is less than 5 min walk from the bungalow and trains into Brighton are every half hour / 20 mins and take approx 10 mins to get there on the train. The coastline bus service (700) runs along the coast every 20 mins and the bus stop is 3 min walk from the bungalow. The bus goes along the coast both ways between Eastbourne and Littlehampton stopping at all the main coastal resorts. Other things to note This is NOT a party house and therefore bookings will be checked and questions asked before confirming booking.
