Wagon Wheel Cottage 15minutes from Magnolia/Baylor

A cozy country stay 15 minutes from magnolia and Baylor. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and small fridge. Beautiful bathroom with large walk-in marble shower. Queen size comfortable bed, roomy closet and small table for laptop work and eating. Our cottage is only a few minutes from Homestead Cafe, repeatedly voted Waco's #1 restaurant, and the Homestead Craft Village! (NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Only two REGISTERED guests are allowed on our property at any time day or night.) The space The cottage is peaceful and cozy, surrounded by small family farms, ideally situated just 10 miles from Magnolia Market and the Silos and three minutes from the Homestead Craft Village and the delicious Cafe Homestead, frequently voted Waco's #1 restaurant. The living room's upscale Western decor with leather couch and chairs provide a peaceful retreat to relax in style. The horses and cows grazing in the back field add to the serene country setting. A beautiful marlbe walk-in shower and comfy queen bed promises a wonderful country stay! IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, we are receiving bookings from "travelers" looking for a place to rent in the country where they can “get away from the city” and “relax” and then invite additional family and friends over to stay the night or to have a beer party or a barbecue cook out or simply to “chill” and “hang out.” Aside from the fact that parties are not in the best interest of “social distancing” and “slowing the spread,” our house rules have always stated that Wagon Wheel Cottage is NOT a party house. Only two REGISTERED guests are allowed on our property at anytime during the day or night. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED. We appreciate your understanding. BAYLOR PARENTS We do make exception for out-of-town Baylor parents who would like to spend time during the day visiting with their college kids at the cottage. (No additional college kids outside of immediate family, please. Maximum occupancy is still two at any time.) Please inform us if you are a single parent booking the cottage and would like to have your college kid stay the night. NOTE: You will always have lots of privacy and may never see us, but we do live on the property. It’s important for us to know who is on our property at all times. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Guest access Guest will have the whole house. Keypad on the door. Please don’t go into animal pastures. Other things to note The heat and air conditioning thermostat and remote is in the bedside nightstand and there is also one in the living room endtable. (Please don’t misplace.) In case of emergency there is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the cabinet above the microwave.
