Provencal villa of 130 m2. The Villa is ideally located 200 m from the sea and 600 m from the beach. Direct access to the swimming pool of the International Campsite as well as to the various services (restaurants, spa, mini-market, windsurf/kitesurf and diving school) from April to November. The villa is located on the Presqu'ile de Giens, 2 km from the landing stage for the Ile de Porquerolles, 500 m from the village of Giens, and not far from the departures for the coastal path. The space The house has 2 floors. In the basement of the house, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed, a shower and a toilet. This room has a private entrance from outside the house. There is no air conditioning or fan in this room. On the first floor, you will find an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen and a terrace with sea views. A BBQ and sun loungers are available. There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (87 cm x 188 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom with the double bed has no fan or air-conditioning, while the bedroom with the two single beds has a ceiling fan. Finally, upstairs is the last bedroom with a 140cm x 2m bed. You'll need to climb a staircase to get there. This room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. A deposit of 1000 euros will be required on arrival when you register with Camping International and will be returned to you at the end of your stay after the villa has been checked.
