The space NERI-B Located behind Piazza Signoria and Galleria degli Uffizi near the most important places of interest, you can still have a peaceful night's rest in this quiet refuge, then step into the heart of the city at your front door when you're ready to explore! Very close to a grand selection of restaurants, bars, markets and shops and other amenities. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning (during summer) and heating during winter. Equipped with all you need for an unforgettable stay in wonderful Florence. The flat has 1 bedrooms with king size bed and one bathroom. The apartment is completed by the dining room and a small functional kitchen The windows have shutters (so you can completely block out lights) NERI-B is located on the FIRST floor and (there is no elevator ) Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION*** immediately upon your arrival All guests are required to show a valid identity card or passport upon check-in, if not, they will not be by allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations). Smoking is not allowed Sorry, no pets allowed Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours. No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. Please Keep the place reasonably . Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
