Sound Side Retreat

This is a 2nd floor apartment set at the edge of the sound side marsh, yet moments from the ocean - 3 blocks. It has great views of wetland birds and possible glimpses of deer in the yard. It is a place for family and friends to relax, grill on the deck, play board games, watch a movie or star gaze from the deck in the evening. At the end of the street there is a large playground for the little ones who still have energy left after a day at the beach. The space This second floor apartment is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, cooking utensils, bed linen, bath towels, washer and dryer, streaming TV and WIFI. There are 2 queen beds and 4 bunkbeds. A hand cart is provided to bring your things to the beach. There are 3 parking spots for guests. Street parking is not allowed on our street - please plan accordingly. Guest access Guests have access to the entre second floor apartment and upper deck with a private entrance. Other things to note This is a non-smoking home
