Cabin is available for 6-8 people or less has a Gas Refrigerator, Stove, Hot Water, and Bathroom with Shower. The 2 bedrooms have Queen over Queen Bunk Beds. The main area has a couch and TV. The porch has couch breakfast area and Chairs. There is limited cell phone signal at on the property so movies and TV shows should be downloaded prior to arrival, the TV also has a DVD player. The space Grass Lake has a distinct appeal that makes you want to just sit there and watch the wildlife while you are not paddling or fishing on it. Grass Lake is approximately 400 acres and has abundant Bass, Northern Pike, and pan fish. Grass lake is located near the Heart of the 1000 Islands (Alexandria Bay, NY) with many opportunities for entertainment. There are multiple hiking trails in the area that are maintained by the Indian River Lakes Conservancy. We offer a full kitchen with propane stove and propane refrigerator, Keurig, Toaster, and French Press for your use. Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are part of the cabin and provide convenience that tent camping lacks. A propane and (fire ring can be used for Wood or Charcoal) grill. The refrigerator is only a 10 CF in size we highly suggest that you bring a large cooler full of ice (or Beer and Ice) for your use. For beds only fitted sheets are provided. Please bring your top sheets, blankets and pillows. Cabin is only available for 3 days at a time or greater duration. Check in is at 4 and Check out is by 11 AM. A dock is included. Grass Lake is a 10 HP and under Lake for motorized Boaters. Please note that ADK Shelter is also available for Camping rental adjacent to the Camp (approx 200 ft away) and may be occupied. Guest access Parking is available. Other things to note Great area to ride SXS or ATV your vehicles should be fully insured and registered when applicable. Please don’t rip up my property but responsible use is great with us.
