Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. It boasts lots of windows with a view. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a table for 2-4, a kitchenette with Keurig, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a tall claw foot bathtub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces. The space The Cottage is the perfect place for a couples getaway or a resting spot after UCF graduation or football games. We offer a refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave for simple breakfasts or warming up leftovers. The Cottage has beautiful natural light with lots of windows overlooking an acre of property. The claw foot bathtub is quite tall and not easy to access by guests with balance or stability issues. We are walking and biking distance to local restaurants and the Cross-Seminole Trail. We are 5 miles from UCF. Enjoy Netflix/Prime and WiFi service. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio with a large farmhouse table, seating area with fire pit and the koi pond. Other things to note We have parking onsite for guests. There is a koi pond on the patio with beautiful koi.
