Le Roi Soleil (59 Xuan Dieu street): - Located on 21st floor with super West Lake view from master bedroom - Including: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, 1 kitchen with full facilities: pool, cinema, restaurant, spa (small fee) - Suitable for tourism: 5 mins to Tran Quoc pagoda and Quan Thanh temple, 10mins to Old Quarter, 20 mins to airport - Suitable for business: secured, quiet & near central buildings and offices with easy traffic The space Our flat is spacious (120m2) includes 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms: ✔ Living room: fully equipped with flat screen, comfy leather sofa set for relaxing, large balcony with cute plants for fresh air and natural light ✔ Bedrooms: All have everything you possibly need for the stay like - Thick and firm mattresses - Full hotel beddings AC - High speed Wifi - Capacious closest (hangers, ironing stuffs provided) ✔ Bathrooms: - Stainless facilities - Bath amenities well prepared like shampoo, shower gel, towels. ✔ Kitchen: - Many silverware, pots and pans, electric kettle, huge fridge,... well organized and kept spotless ✔ Laundry room: - Washer and dryer, very convenient and money-saving ✔ Balcony: - Drying racks, full cleaning stuffs and liquids... - Smoking allowed - Open view to West Lake, city, residence,... Guest access - You will get to use the whole apartment by yourself. Other spaces inside the complex like: pools, gym, parking, spa.. requires a little fee and shared with other residents (please contact for details). - Gym & Pools require a little fee: 180,000 VND/guest valid one time (please contact for details) - Parking down in the basements with just a small fee - The surroundings include backyard & garden for you to wander around to relax Other things to note - We provide extra mattress, extra bed linen, baby crib & baby high chair with a small fee, please inform us first if you need these - We ONLY allow smoking at the balcony with the doors closed properly - Party is not restricted if the noise is well controlled ;-) - The place is highly secured with 24/7 guards inside the building
