The condo offers 55 sq. m of spacious living space with one bedroom featuring a queen size bed, a tastefully designed bathroom,living room featuring a full size pullout couch and a flat screen TV set, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a beautiful terrace surrounded with a Mediterranean style garden; you will also appreciate service area with a washing machine. One of the best ways to begin your day is enjoying breakfast on the outdoor patio especially if you are visiting Dubrovnik in July or August! It is suitable for both leisure and business travellers. Guest access The condo location is very attractive as it is only 7 minutes walking to the main entrance of Dubrovnik Old Town (Pile Gate) and yet far enough from noise and crowdedness of the Old Town. The driving distance from/to Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 40 minutes. We do not have a private car parking but there is a public garage 200m away from the condo Other things to note Non smoking, pets not allowed, children welcome (a baby crib is available but it is necessary to ask for it prior to arrival).
