The space Holly Lodge is a very comfortable and spacious home with a private feel designed to ensure peace and tranquillity for our guests. Surrounded by nature, guests can enjoy immediate access to The New Forest making it the ideal location to explore the beautiful moors, Hatchet Ponds, Boldre Wood, market towns and beaches. It has the benefit of being completely renovated in 2020 including the entire kitchen, utility room and all three (full) bathrooms. The downstairs has an open-plan feel for family and friends to gather, and the design and layout lends itself to visiting guests. The enclosed south-east facing garden has a large lawn, patio with garden furniture, BBQ and mature trees where birds serenade from the canopy. The house also benefits from a sun room with views across the garden. At the front of the house, guests can watch the ponies, donkeys and cattle pass by each day. There is a large parking area for 3 large cars. Holly Lodge offers a genuine 'get away from it all' feel, whilst still having basic amenities close at hand. East Boldre has an excellent shop & post office in Chapel Lane and The Turfcutters Arms serves excellent food. There is also a Farmshop on the road towards Beaulieu which sells local produce. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, drive and garden. The only exclusions are the locked storage within the house and the garage. Other things to note The TV is a smart TV with access to Freeview/Netflix/Prime and BBC iPlayer. Good Wifi. Note: Netflix now require the traveller to enter their own login/password.
