The space With friends or relatives, visiting the magical city of Rome will be even more exciting and unforgettable thanks to a large and spacious apartment with a terrace and private garden. Furnished with love and equipped with every comfort, it will make your stay in the city unique. The apartment with double independent entrance is located on the ground floor of a charming Roman building. Once you enter, you will immediately find the kitchen, which is habitable with a dining table for six people and equipped with everything. Then there is the living room, with two sofas on which to relax after long walks around the city. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Finally, the bathroom, with a large shower box and washing machine. To capture the attention there is an airy private terrace with independent entrance, evergreen plants, table and chairs to enjoy the Roman breeze. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your disposal, to make the most of all its rooms and the comforts they offer. For disabled people, the house is accessed through a ramp with 15 steps of 8 cm each and then through a 64 cm wide gate and two steps of 16 cm and 19 cm. Upon request, we provide ramps to facilitate access to the facility. Other things to note Within walking distance of the apartment is the charming Passeggiata del Gelsomino, a hidden and romantic corner of Rome that offers spectacular views of the Dome of St. Peter's. This pedestrian path, built on an old railway, is perfect for a walk at sunset or to start the day with a relaxing walk away from the traffic.
