The Beach Shack

The Beach Shack is absolute beach frontage. A 1970's beach shack with all the basics and more. The stocked Kitchen/lounge & main bedroom have sea views. Compact Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed for children. Bathroom accessed from 2nd Bedroom. All linen supplied. Coffee machine, microwave, airfryer. It has a cosy family feel, sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Rate is for 2 adults and children stay free. Pet friendly for a small fee. There is a new fully enclosed/fenced dog yard, enter from back gate. The space There is a general store/takeaway, with the best fish & chips. Grab an award winning pie. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking. There is also a drip coffee maker (beans provided) air fryer, waffle & sandwich maker and microwave. Please note, the electrical board is updated with a safety switch. If you have too many appliances on at one time, it may flick this safety switch. You then need to turn this back on in the power box situated in the bedroom. There is a selection of DVDs, games & puzzles, for adults & children. The tavern has great counter meals, pizza and takeaway. There is a bottle shop. The master bedroom opens to the private decking. Linen, towels supplied along with ECO soap, body wash & lotion, & shampoo conditioner. Your facilities are cleaned to Airbnb's Health & Safety Standards. All linen is washed with antibacterial wash for your comfort. Most bookings the shack will be ready earlier than 2pm check in, you maybe able to arrive earlier and leave later by request. Other things to note The bathroom/entrance is off the second bedroom with bunk beds. The grounds of the shack is an open area and shared with neighbours next door who are not always there . The gate at the rear of the yard can be closed so children and pets are safe from the road. The front of the shack is open to the beach. There is a gas heater with CO2 safety detector in the lounge area, this is ample to keep shack warm & cosy. We do not have ac as we feel it is not needed, open the lounge windows and bedroom double doors and the lovely breeze comes off the sea. New fully enclosed high fenced safe dog yard.
