This home was built in 1927 by my Great Grandparents. Its old fashion charm and beautiful views of the pond and vineyards make this home ready for you to relax. Picnic under the shade of the walnut trees and watch the wildlife in the pond. You will be staying on a working vineyard and winery, so there is much to experience throughout the year. They began the vineyards that we still farm today. The barn is a walk through the history of some of the first settlers here in Calpella, Mendocino County. "Little Italy" The house is very comfortable and relaxing. You can enjoy the fishing pond, the shade of the walnut trees and the beautiful views. The house is newly renovated, using authentic furnishings. The tile shower is a great compliment to to authentic claw foot bath tub. We are very close to Lake Mendocino and the Redwoods. We love to have people stay on our ranch and share in the history here!
