Lady of the Cove Ocean View Retreat

Our cute and comfortable apartment is a 3-5 minute walk to Seasides best surfing beach (The Cove). You’ll feel like you’re in a treehouse with the forest out your back window and the beach out your front window. This is the perfect writer or surfers retreat! The Apartment is on 2 floors with bed, bath, seating and desk on 2nd floor and mini kitchen on the 1st floor. Our neighborhood is small, quiet and friendly. Brew your morning coffee and walk 3 minutes and watch the surfing and seagulls The space This space is extremely unique as it’s in a sweet, quiet, Victorian-themed neighborhood that is a block from the beach. You’ll hear the waves from the front of your room and the forest sounds from the back. Location, location, location! The kitchen is small with a fridge, toaster and electric stovetop. It’s equipped with all the pots, pans, and spices you could need! We just renovated this with new floors and paint and it’s, heated and has a down comforter (and an electric bed warmer) to help keep you cozy during chilly winters months. We only allow 1 car per booking, so keep that in mind if there is more than 1 guest. Per our city permit, we may only have 2 guests and one child under the age of 3. Guest access You’ll have access to your unit as well as seating on the front porch (great for morning coffee! This is attached to our house by a shared wall, however you have your own space and your own entrance and other than seeing each other outside in passing, it is entirely private. Enjoy our beautiful new spa hot tub in our forested backyard as well. Other things to note - Only one car per booking per our permit - Only two guests allowed per our permit (and one child under 3) - Surfing lessons available if we’re in town and you’d like one! (Additional cost) - fresh cooked meals available if we’re in town and your like one (additional cost) - laundry available in the main house if needed (additional cost) - no cats allowed. One dog per booking allowed (note this when booking as this will apply the pet fee to your payment)
