Hello! Welcome to the most beautiful region of Quebec, the Matapédia Valley! Beautiful house in the heart of a small village, you will be transported by the view. The place is ideal for recharging your batteries, breathing in the great outdoors and savoring the beauty of nature. Behind the house is a tree-lined field where you can see moose and deer. Come and relax in this beautiful and peaceful place! *English version in the other comments section* The space The house is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Irène. A few steps away is a 5 km loop hiking trail and Val d'Irène ski resort is 5 km away. This magnificent ski resort allows you to ski on natural snow all winter, from November to May often! In summer, Val d'Irène Regional Park allows hiking and mountain biking. Several four-wheeler and Ski-Doo trails crisscross the village and region. The city of Amqui is about 15 km away. There you will find a microbrewery, theater, playgrounds, golf course, cinema, grocery store and many other attractions that give this beautiful city its charm! Guest access You will have access to the living room and unlimited internet. You can also cook without any problems and have access to the washer and dryer. You can have fun with the pool table in the central part of the house. The pool will also be accessible if you're the type of person who likes swimming! There is a huge yard behind if you want to lie in the sun and a small fireplace for those who like to relax outdoors. At night, when the sky is clear, the stars shine brightly and offer a breathtaking sight. During your stay I live in the house with my cat, Maya. We'll be happy to host you! Gorgeous house in the heart of a small village, you will be blown away by the view. The place is perfect if calm is what you are looking for, fresh air and surrounding nature. Behind the house are fields bordered by the forest where you can watch mooses and deers at time. You will enjoy this relaxing space! If you like to walk in nature, you will find a 5km path in front of the house. There is also a ski resort where you can ski from Novembre to May on natural snow. The park is also open during summer for those who like to hike. They also have mountain bike path for those of you who enjoy it! The town of Amqui is at approximatly 15km from the village where you will find restaurants, a very small theater (french movies only), a microbrewry, a golf court, groceries stores and much more! In the house, you will have acces to the living room. I just want to specify that I do not own a televison. You will, however have access to unlimited internet so I invite you to bring your computer to watch Netflix! You will be able to cook your own meals if you want to save money on restaurants during your stay and the washing and driying machine will also be available. If you are the type who like pool tables, there is one in the middle of the house for you to mesure up against your friends! The pool in the backyard will be open (only during summer time...of course hihi) and you will have acces to the whole backyard.
