At the second floor, there are master bedroom with queen bed, and a separed area ( bedroom no door) with a bunk bed, which is designed for young children. The First floor include open kitchen, dining, bathroom and lounge room with full size glass doors, northern sunshine and green views, desk and comfortable chair for working. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the whole area, unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix. Just note there's no air channels for the TV. Fully equipped kitchen with Necpesso coffee maker, filtered water and free mini bar. There's washing machine in the kitchen area and free standing clothes line beside the garage door, which can be used in the yard. There's garage for car parking, and on street parking is available and free. The turntable is a easy way to allow you driving in and out without reverse. If you want to use the turntable to make u turn, you just have to park your car on the turntable and simply push the car to turn around. An interesting experience. The studio is set back of the property and there's beautiful outdoor area. Furniture setting Northern undercover outdoor area with a delightful ornamental garden. Plenty of relax area give you a real seclusion in the central city. Guest access The list include the whole studio and outdoor area.
