Avoid loud conversations between 9Pm to 6Am, be considerate with the neighbors.  2. You may go to the roof deck area beyond 9Pm onwards but always be mindful and avoid loud conversations. 3. Always put your garbage in the trash bag and tie it. Put it in front of the Main Door when you check-out. 4. Take extra care of the furnitures. 5. You may cook and use the kitchen and utensils but please make sure to clean after use and put in its proper place. 6. We strictly accept max of 10 Pax, No matter what age. 7. Always wear mask when you go outside for your safety & others too. 8. DO NOT Smoke inside the house. 9. We have 2 parking available, 1 inside the garage and 1 opposite of our house. If you have more than 2 cars, please inform us so we can allot a parking for you. Double parking is strictly not allowed. 10. Big NO to illegal activities. Violence in any form is NOT allowed. 11. Our neighbor, will call your attention if the house rules are not followed, we may ask you to leave and forfeit the rental. This is also to make sure of your safety and our neighborhood. 12.Kindly respect and follow our house rules. We want you to enjoy the house but please minimize noise to show respect to our neighbors. Own it as your own and consider the neighbors as your own.
