This is a private room with balcony but there is no air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with just another room but is cleaned several times a day. With the room you have the use of the basement with kitchen and a laundry room. We are just 6 min walk to city center. Nearest beach is 10 min walking. Big supermarket Valalta is just 2 min walk.
