BEDROOMS - There are 2 spacious bedrooms - both are on the ground floor. - WiFi, TV, oil heaters, king-sized beds, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in both the rooms. Please note: There are a total of 6 rooms, of which 2 will be accessible to you if this listing is booked. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms in the villa. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 dining rooms offering comfortable seating for up to 4 people. - There is a small lawn ideal for intimate gatherings. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time.  - There are 2 living rooms, however, guests do not have access to it.  - Common areas may be shared with other guests. KITCHEN - There is a kitchen, however, guests do not have access to it. FOOD - Vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal and non-vegetarian meals at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per person, per meal.  - Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. Guest access - The guests have access to their room and the common areas.  - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 drivers at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person, per day, including meals. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note that there are a total of 8 bedrooms in the property, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2 bedrooms and the common areas. - Kindly shut all doors and windows during the evenings, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours. - There are steps leading up to the property, with rest stops in between. Assistance for the elderly can be provided if needed. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - This is a pet-friendly property.
