Room in a lovely house in the city center

I rent a room to a woman in my apartment. The bedroom has storage space, a fan and a double bed. The house is shared with my son and my cat. Breakfast is included (milk, coffee, tea, fruit, jam and biscuits, 80% organic products) The house is quiet, no street noise, the house is inside a courtyard The bathroom is small AND SHARED Not homework Only one person is allowed. Please, men refrain The space The apartment is large, comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing, the room is cool and it has no window to the outside. The terrace for the morning is great but it is a tourist rental, no homework or kitchen available, only breakfast is included the cat is nice but clingy, no street noise, quiet neighborhood...
