Description
Come relax at our lake front cottages. Family owned for over 65 years. Enjoy our beach with 180 degree views of Lake Erie. We have a fire every night, dependent on the weather. Our goal is to provide today’s family and future generations a “window into the past”. Four Bedroom (one queen bed, 3 full beds, 3 twin beds), kitchen, 2 bathrooms with stand up showers, sleeps 8. The space Enjoy the sunsets over the lake and islands, the lake breeze, and the sound of the waves. Swim, sunbathe, build sandcastles, fish, boat, read, play yard and board games, cook over an open fire or just relax at the campfire, meeting and talking with other guests. The Guest House is located near our collection of vintage cottages. You have your own deck and screened in porch. Come to the edge of the hill for nightly fires (weather permitting) and to visit with our other guests in the common area. Large common grassy area and beach on Lake Erie. Quiet time is at 10 PM, but feel free to enjoy the beach and the fire after that time. Other things to note The Guest House is a part of our family run cottages. We have a collection of vintage cottages at this location. You can expect to interact with other vacationers including our seasonal guests. Bring your own beach towels and floats for the lake. We do not allow additional guests on the property, only those that have made reservations are allowed. The Guest House has central heating and air conditioning. Our price covers 13.75% tax. We pay the following taxes for this property; 6.75% Erie County sales tax for the state of Ohio, 4% hotel tax, and 3% township tax. The Guest House has wi-fi, but it is not meant for streaming on your devices. Works for checking email.
