My stylish apartment is the perfect base when visiting Barcelona. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Vallcarca and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! The bedrooms has super comfortable double beds, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? Freshen up in the bathroom, wake up in the mornings with the shower. Fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Other things to note Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following: Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona aren’t soundproofed! Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8pm. Please note that a late check in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00hrs:€20 - From 21:00h: €30 - From 22:00h: €40 - From 23:00h: €50 - From 00:00h: €60 This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by cash. Latest late check in 02:00am!!! Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of 10.45€ in Barcelona city per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days and is not included in your reservation. Children up to 16 years old, do not need to pay. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
