The house In 2022 we renovated much of our villa’s interior, and are now happy to welcome you to our charming and practical holiday house - with new kitchen, aircon, charming local wooden furniture, delicate beds and outside lounge areas. When renovating we were concerned with keeping the villa’s authentic feel and vibe. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Bedrooms: one master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and small balcony, one second bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a third bedroom with one 140 cm doble bed and one bunk bed (2x80cm). The garden greets and surrounds you with myriads of flowers, green bushes and trees with in-between stone pathways and two outside terraces including one with a pergola for those lazy afternoons :) Follow the wooden stairs up to our magnificent roof terrace boosting a barbeque area and a top 70 m2 dining area with fantastic views over the ocean and Sardinian green hillsides. Strongly recommended for early morning yogas and sunset dinners. You can choose to enjoy the calmness and the beauty of the area, or you can find joy in the fantastic windsurfing and kite beaches nearby. The water is amazing for both bathing and snorkeling, and the surroundings are really beautiful - with nice walks taking you through forests and by a vineyard to amazing small local beaches. 150 meters from the villa you will find a nice hotel with a cafe where you can buy yourself a coffee and a bite. Take a 10 minutes’ drive and have dinner and drinks in Porto Pollo, the closest village. A variety of bars and restaurants with Italian delicious food is waiting both at the beach or in the small village center. The beach of Porto Pollo is one of Europe's most attractive windsurf and kite spots. And don’t forget to visit Rupi’s beach bar in the evening… Guest access We recommend that you rent a car during your stay. This will make it a lot easier for you to get around. At the house, there is a garage with space for two cars. Other things to note Nearby you will find: Beaches, surfing, possibilities for tennis & swimmingpool - a nice restaurant and a cafe.
