-The place is located at Steeles & Yonge. -Easy access to public transportation (2 min away from bus stop, and only 2km away from finch subway station). - Easy and quick access to shopping centers and restaurants (2 min away from Center point mall, many restaurants and coffee shops, Starbucks and Tim Hortons) -Only 3 min from Iranian Plaza and close to Korean community (easy access to Persian and Korean stores and restaurants) -The place has 6+ free parking and is great for large group. The space -The house has a main floor (upstairs, separate booking) and the basement. By booking this, you have the entire basement, and share it only with people who you are traveling with. The main floor is a separate booking list. -Guests can book the whole house (upstairs + basement) and accommodate up to 20 people! Please ask for availability. Other things to note -Party/event/gathering are not allowed at the property. Smoking, loud talking and laughing outside of the house (in the front yard or in the backyard or at the drive way is not allowed). There is $500 fine for holding events/parties/gatherings. 10 pm to 8 am is the quite hours! There’s absolutely zero tolerance for making noise during the quite hours. -Guests should be honest and report the right number of attendees to the host. The host reserves the right to enter the property and count the number of attendees! Having more people at the property than what you reported and saying they are just visitors and etc will not be acceptable, and there will be $300 fine for dishonesty.
