Our high-quality mattresses are topped with clean, freshly pressed linen and all-seasons quilts to keep you comfortable throughout the year. [Sofabed] If you are a guest of size and do not feel comfy in a sofa bed (conservatively sized as a double bed), please reach out to our team and we'll find the best arrangement for your travel needs. Linen and blanket for the sofa bed will only be provided upon request at least 24 hours before check-in. Last-minute requests for sofa bed linen will incur an additional surcharge of $30. [Bathrooms] The bathrooms come prepared with complimentary body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for your stay. Toilet paper and bath towels are also included. We always try our best to set aside ample amounts of amenities for you to comfortably settle in for the duration of your stay. [Wifi] Free WIFI is available in the apartment throughout your stay. WIFI details will be provided to you in the guest manual prior to your check-in. [Carpark] 1 carpark is available within the building. [Shoes] We would greatly appreciate it if you keep shoes off in the apartment to ensure that our carpeted floors remain plush and clean for everyone’s enjoyment. Guest access [Sofa bed] The sofa bed is available upon request for a fee of $40. Please reach out to the team at least 24 hours before arrival if you need to use it so this can be prepared accordingly. Please note that last-minute requests will cost $70. [Toiletries] We provide a starter pack for basic toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash (30ml bottles), and a bar of body soap. A 30ml dishwashing/dishwasher detergent and a 40g washing machine powder are also provided for your convenience. [Access] You will meet someone from KeyNinja for check-in, and they will hand you the keys. It is important to keep your contact number, and arrival and departure time updated (via a link we will provide in a separate message) for a seamless experience. For verification purposes, please ensure that the person who made the booking is present with proper identification.
