"Boulder charm" - private, cozy but large bedroom with a King and twin bed in a cute renovated historic downtown Craftsman bungalow. Shared "foodies" kitchen, huge yard with tall trees, flowers, patio, full bathroom with shower AND bathtub. Hardwood floors, fireplace for winter/ central AC, 55" TV with Roku, fastest internet possible (fiber optic). Central Boulder in historic Whittier neighborhood so 15-ish min walk to Pearl Street Mall, Whole Foods, etc; 20 min walk to CU. 2 blocks to transit. The space You will love staying with me in this adorable, recently renovated 1910s craftsman house that is "charming" but has all modern conveniences including a fully equipped "foodies" kitchen! It's a cute historic downtown yellow craftsman bungalow called "Bluff Hollow,” in central Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street Mall, Whole Foods Market, restaurants, CU etc. Your bedroom is a carpeted King that is really 1.5 bedrooms. This room has a King bed and a huge desk with a SUPER comfortable desk chair. Best internet possible: fiber optic (100 Mbps.) It's also cozy but large - at the far end, there's a step down into a small room with a basic single (aka "twin") bed. The rest of the house has high ceilings and hardwood floors, and an open-concept-feeling. You'll also have full use of the "foodie's" kitchen equipped with everything, including a retro-modern canary yellow stove and fridge, Carrara marble countertops, and breakfast bar. And of course the dining room, which has a custom-made cherry dining table, and the living room with a flagstone "real log" fireplace, brand-new huge velvet sofa, and 55" TV with Roku tv, etc. The bathroom is kept spotless, and has vintage-style tile floor, white subway tile and beadboard walls, and a full-sized bathtub with shower head. The washer and dryer are available for your use as well. Sit on the porch in the new Adirondack chairs, enjoy the huge yard and garden, eat on the outdoor dining table, or have a picnic under the tall trees. Park on the street in front.
