This beautiful farm house nestled in the fields near the quaint town of Ashbourne is the property of children’s charity Go Beyond. Rarely available to the public this property boasts the perfect retreat for large family groups where you can guarantee the children will never get bored. All bookings provide essential income to support the charity in providing breaks for young people facing serious challenges in life. The space As this is ordinarily a holiday centre for children, the farmhouse and facilities are well-equipped to keep children happy and occupied whatever the weather! The property boasts indoor and outdoor catering and activities including a games barn with pool, table tennis and air hockey. Please note that there are no double beds or TV. We are based in a rural location so phone signal can be sparse at times, and the WiFi can be temperamental Due to our primary operation as a children's centre we are a strictly no smoking site, this includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. This also means that if your rental spreads into regular working hours (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) charity staff may be on site and access to some areas may be restricted. We will only enter the main farmhouse to carry out essential maintenance tasks. Please note we have a separate self contained cottage, all ground floor with one double bed available separately. Guest access The property is approx 0.25 mile from the main road up a long drive through the field. There is plenty of parking. Other things to note This property is owned by children's charity Go Beyond and your booking will directly benefit the charity's work. Go Beyond is the charity giving children and young people across the UK who experience serious challenges in their lives the chance for a break that lasts a lifetime. For young people who have been bereaved, abused or bullied, who are living in poverty or caring for loved ones, Go Beyond offers the chance to escape their worries and pressures by providing them with a break that inspires them to go beyond anything that stands between them and their brightest future There is an office in separate accommodation where Charity staff may be working during your stay. Please note, check-in times may vary due to the use of the site, as cannot allow AirBnB guests on site when the centre is running for safeguarding reasons. We will aim to confirm this as soon as possible however please let us know if you have any queries. As this property is usually used as a residential centre for Go Beyond, the availability of the house can change at regular intervals , therefore before booking we always recommend submitting an booking enquiry so we can confirm the dates that you want are available before a booking is confirmed. Please note that towels are provided and while bed linen is also provided, the beds will need making at the start of your stay and all used beds will need stripping at the end of your stay.
