Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Black Forest! The apartment is very well equipped and invites you to have a great time in summer as well as in winter. The space Our apartment is on the second floor of a small apartment building (a total of six parties). The total of three rooms are spread over approximately 70 m² of living space. The two bedrooms can accommodate a total of three to four people. In bedroom 1, which leads off from the living area with a sliding door, there is a 160 cm wide double bed. In bedroom 2 there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed. In addition, a pull-out bed can be used (90 cm). This bed is suitable for children and adolescents. It has a safety rail. In the spacious living and dining area there is an open fireplace, which can be heated with wood. A TV, as well as a comprehensive DVD collection & DVD player invite you to a cozy movie evening on the large sofa. The modern kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The spacious balcony has a seating area and a heat lamp. In the bathroom there is a full bathroom as well as a washing machine with a dryer function. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal during your stay. There is also a parking space that belongs to the apartment and that you can use! Other things to note The LTE WiFi is provided via a small mobile WiFi router. You can find the router on the living room table - turn it on, charge it with the included power cable if necessary, dial in and start surfing. The apartment is heated with night storage heaters, which are controlled by a timer. The temperature can also be adjusted at the regulators on the respective devices. It should be noted that the radiators can get very hot and smaller children must be kept away. An instruction manual is available on site. Please ensure the proper handling of the fireplace. The exhaust flap must be open when in use. A protective grille to prevent sparks from flying onto the carpet is available and should be used. The ash may only be removed after sufficient cooling (approx. 20 hours) into the collection container. Since the hot water is heated via a boiler, very hot water can come out of the taps at times.
