Charming old building apartment near the water

Time out in Potsdam? Change of scenery? Combine big city and small town? In the countryside by the water? Swim in the lake in the morning and then start the day? Discover the lake landscape all around and the castles and parks right outside the front door. Let yourself drift to downtown Berlin or delightful Potsdam. A warm welcome to our charming old building apartment! The space The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the basement (this is significantly higher than other basement apartments!) of an old building villa of the 1920s. Your host, Charlotte, her husband, and their five children (aged 4 to 15) live on the floor above the vacation rental. There is a separate and accessible apartment entrance. 85 square meters with color, light, oak parquet and in a charming, cozy atmosphere await you! The apartment is suitable for young and old! For families, we provide high chairs, cribs, etc. free of charge, please just ask! On request, we are also happy to lend our two-kayak, which can be pushed to the banks of the Havel in 5 minutes with a small boat wagon. The garden is not rented as we use it ourselves. However, a sun terrace with a table and chairs and walk-in access from the living room is at your disposal. Other things to note Our house is a classic 1920s old building with a typical good indoor climate and a lot of atmosphere, but without subsequent sound insulation from above. You might always notice some family life from us, e.g. steps over the parquet, cello, violin or piano playing, children laughing or even crying, or murmuring when friends are visiting us ;) Our children sleep at night. Also classic for the old building: The sound goes down, i.e. you hear us more from above and we don't hear you!
