Cozy Retreat Close to the Beach

Welcome to our humble abode! You will have your own room and bath with a semi-private home entrance. New AC installed in summer 2025. As the upstairs of our home is reserved solely for Airbnb, it has a very private feel. We're minutes from Sullivans Island tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and just a few miles from downtown. We have 2 young children that you may hear during your stay before and after school during the week and on the weekends. The space If you're looking for a place with a private feel but don't want to pay "entire home rental" prices, this is the spot! The space is a private room over our garage with an attached bathroom and has a semi-private entrance. You will enter through our garage into our laundry room and the door to upstairs is in the laundry room. The head clearance is low in spots, so if you're over 6', watch your noggin at times! You will likely hear us when we're in the kitchen and living room but since the bedrooms are at the other end of the home, you won’t disturb us at all if you plan to arrive late. We usually keep the door between the kitchen and laundry room closed unless we're using the laundry room or entering the garage. We like to introduce ourselves but we will also give you privacy! The space does not have kitchen access. The room has a queen sized bed, a desk, a mini fridge, and microwave for use. There is a smart TV with Netflix and some basic over the air channels. It also has a Chromecast attached so you can stream from your device. We have a newly installed mini split AC unit to keep you comfortable year-round. If the spot is full, you can park on the street. During your stay We give guests space but are available to answer questions from guests when needed.
