This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new stone house rebuilds from its old glory, in the village of Kathikas. Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village. We can accommodate in total up to 14 guests. We love traditional houses, fully renovated with a modern touch, privacy and spotlessly clean! The space A very traditional village stone house over 120 years old just restored now to a brand new from its original glory, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful village of Paphos, Kathikas. Just a short walk to the village square with its local famous tavern's and traditional restaurants, this would be ideal for a couple or family to relax and enjoy the Village lifestyle. The house has a beautiful square in the middle for relaxing times, has also two fire places, three bedroom, living room kitchen area, three bathrooms and two showers. Guest access The village of Kathikas is situated 22 km from the town of Paphos, 14 km from Latchi and 12 km from Coral Bay. Kathikas sits at an elevation of 660 metres above sea level, which provides it with a good climate in the summer months. This is wine country and the area is famous for its vineyards and the excellent quality of its grapes. Several of the wineries welcome visitors. Spiti Calliope is approximately 350 meters from the main square of the village. Once you book, we will send you all the information you need about the house and the area, so it will be very easy for you to prepare your trip.
