A studio of 32 m2 (344 sqft), fully renovated in 2020. 25 minutes to Aalto University Otaniemi campus – the hosts are Aalto Alumni: we are here to assist you when you come to Aalto. The apartment is at ground level with a private entry and a private, protected terrace. The location is in the middle of Old Olari, an internationally renowned suburb of Espoo. The housing complex is surrounded by a fence creating a protected inner yard with children’s playground. Our apartment is an end-unit. The space The apartment consists of an open kitchen and living area, toilet, walk-in closet, entry “hall” and a vestibule to keep the Finnish forces of nature where they belong. The terrace is partly protected from above to allow for use year-around. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including, among others: - Bed 120x200 cm - Armchair with footstool - Kitchen with a bar table and stools - Dishes and kitchen utensils - Coffee machine (Nespresso) - Refrigerator-freezer (Miele) - Dishwasher (Siemens) - Washing machine (Electrolux) - Bed linen, towels - Shower cubicle (Macro) - Wi-Fi 400/40 Mbit/s - HD TV - Parking space with 10A electrical connection All you need to bring are your personal accessories. Guest access At arrival, I will meet you at the apartment, introduce everything and give the keys to the front door. Other things to note The private entry makes you feel as if you are staying in a house, not in an apartment.
