Nice apartment with small park nearby

Nice apartment dedicated to roommates for the rest of the year. There are currently two roommates in the apartment. There is currently Jules who is a student and Daniel who is a young active person. The rooms are obviously private and have a lock. Each bedroom has a desk, a chair with a PC screen and storage (dressing room, shelf...) The living room is shared and there is a large TV with access to Netflix and a Playstation 4. There is access to a small terrace. The space The apartment is nice and it has just been renovated. There is a large bed in the bedrooms with a lift-up bed base. There is also a PC screen to connect your computer or a console. You will have access to internet, Netflix and a PS4. The cleaning will be done by you at the time of your departure. Guest access Access to the cellar possible to put a bike or heavy items. During your stay The accommodation is to be taken for at least 1 month
