Accent House Luxury Boutique B & B is set on an acre and a half of native landscaped gardens leading to a lagoon & bridge to small island. Each of our spacious bedrooms are beautifully designed and include luxuries such as high quality Egyptian cotton sheets, robes, free Internet/WiFi, TV and DVD player as well as a private patio area and private access to the landscaped gardens and lagoon. The space Beautiful, luxuriously furnished ensuite room with shower. Room has full height patio doors for perfect access and views of our professionally landscaped gardens. The room also includes full length wardrobes, dressing and bed side tables with lamps, TV, safe, robes and a full length mirror. Your morning breakfast includes a wide selection of fresh fruit, cereals and/or our sumptuous cooked options, perfect to have you ready to explore the Nelson/Tasman region. This is served in the shared dining room or you can choose to eat in the guest lounge if preferred. Or rather than be indoors, you can sit and relax in the properties beautifully designed gardens which are planted with both native and some specimen plants. You can walk down to the large lagoon (full of tame eels) and wander along the pathway in front of a couple of neighboring properties. Guest access As well as the room and ensuite, guests are welcome to use the many shared areas and facilities available at the property. These include the therapeutic spa pool and the guest lounge, which features a flatscreen TV, DVD library and a selection of books and magazines for you to enjoy. This room also has tea/coffee making facilities and often home baking awaits you! During your stay We both live onsite, so please let us know if there's anything we can help with during your stay. Other things to note Check in is from 3.30pm. Please note only children aged 12 years and older can stay at the B&B. Should you wish to have a light food option, a platter can be arranged at an additional cost and a little request time. Approx $35 depending on content.
