Our home is located in the city centre, 2 min walk to the historic city walls and less than 10 min walk to the Minster, York Museum, Theatre Royal or York Art Gallery. It comes with free onstreet parking and we welcome guests with children and pets. The apartment has just been renovated to a high standard and the current design reflects our personalities and eclectic taste. The flat comprises 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a stylish kitchen/lounge with a stove. The space Travelling safely in current times is important so we're trying to help our guests by providing self-contained accommodation, self check-in (no face to face contact required) and our commitment to the strict cleaning protocol recommended by Airbnb. You will also find hand sanitizer, plenty of soap and extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom/study has a sofa bed , which coverts to a small double bed. The flat is warm and cosy at all times, with both central heating and a top of the range Opti-Myst electric stove available. We also have a smart TV and fast wifi. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole flat during their stay. Other things to note Please help yourself to tea and coffee and spices and oil for cooking. This is our everyday home so please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to the minimum in the communal areas and at night. We also kindly ask you to keep your dogs on leads outside the building and clean up after your pets.
