Welcome to our Haussmannian apartment completely renovated in 2019, only few minutes from the famous Buttes Chaumont park (the most beautiful park of the city!). This corner of the 19th district looks like a small village with its local shops (butcher, bakery, cheese factory, florist, ...). You will find both a certain tranquility but also places of life (bars, restaurants, parks, ...): there is something for all tastes! And if you feel like it, public transport will take you to discover Paris. The space It consists of a main room with equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area and a superb view of the rooftops of Paris! A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. As well as a bedroom with a bed 180x200 (super comfortable mattress). The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 (floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom). Upon arrival you will find a welcome kit with: • a manual containing some useful information about the apartment and its surroundings • Bath towels with shower gel and shampoo Guest access We are 3 minutes walk from the metro station Pyrénées (line 11), 5 minutes from the metro station Buttes-Chaumont (line 7 bis) and 8 minutes from the metro station Belleville (line 2 only, the connection with line 11 being closed until September). From Charles de Gaulle airport (it takes a bit less than an hour to go door to door). Take RER B to Gare du Nord (30min) then several options: • Bus 26 until Botzaris bus stop - Buttes Chaumont (14min) • Metro line 5 until Jaurès then change to line 7Bis up to Buttes Chaumont (5min) From Charles de Gaulle airport (it takes a bit less than an hour to go door to door). Take RER B to Gare du Nord (30min) then several options. From Montparnasse train station (25min), take metro line 4 then change to Chatelet and take line 11 to Pyrenees. From Gare du Nord/ Gare de l'Est (20min), either Bus 26 to the Botzaris - Buttes Chaumont stop or the metro line 5 to Jaurès then change to the 7Bis line to Buttes Chaumont. From Austerlitz station (20min), take metro line 5 then change to République to take line 11 to Pyrénées.
