The space Three bedroom, 2 bath, 2,300 square foot home. 2 stories. Living quarters located on first floor include one full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, enclosed front porch, and office work space. Second floor include 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom and Bathroom Doors do not have locks. Private backyard with patio seating and barbeque grill available in the Summer. Fully fenced in. I charge a Minimum pet fee of$25.00 . Pet fee based on length of stay.. Contact host before booking. Please let me know what type of pet you have, Breed, age, sex. Are they spayed/ neutered? Car - Plenty of street parking winter and summer.  Bus routes right at the corner. Taxi/Uber.  Biking/walking. The house is located on a quiet residential street. A place to relax before visiting major attractions in Buffalo area. Niagara Falls, Highmark Stadium, Keybank Center, Sahlen Field, Shea’s Performing Arts, Buffalo AKG Art Museum, Darwin Martin House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Buffalo Zoo, Buffalo metro near numerous restaurants, bars, are all within a few minutes away.
