Clean room in the heart of Munich near Marienplatz

Hey y'all, my name is Trey and I'm living in a 2 room appartment in one of the most wonderful areas in Munich - right at "Gaertnerplatz". My map says it's a 9 min walk to Marienplatz (downtown), but actually you don't have to leave the area at all since there are plenty of shops, bars und restaurants nearby. I'm offering my bedroom (ca. 13m²) for private use, living room, kitchen and bathroom are brotherly shared. If I'm on vacation you can have my place for your own. :) The space 2 room 50m² appartment, natural wood look floor, normal ceiling height (2,36m), new bathroom and ktichen from 2018, furnishing in light grey, white and oak, bedroom is towards quiet courtyard During your stay I have a 9 to 5 job so I'm usually at home in the afternoon / evening.
