The pier & center of the village are just 1 km away. Every Sunday it comes alive with music and local food market to enjoy. The space The living space includes: * A large living room with air cond, ceiling fan, smart TV and sofa * A dining area with a table and chairs * A kitchen with fridge, hot plate, microwave toaster and kettle The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. It is equipped with a Queen Size bed and wardrobe with hangers (14sqm). The bathroom is Western standard, with walk-in shower The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a street side terrace (1 table &2 chairs) and a rear terrace with washing line. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool to cool off during hot days. It is shared with the guests staying in the residence. We recommend the guests to rent a scooter or a car to visit our beautiful island ! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE *The rental includes water and wifi charges BUT NOT electricity. Electricity is charged at 6 THB per unit (meter reading). *Fresh water, shower gel, shampoo, a sponge,!garbage bags and toilet papers are available in the apartment at check in only. *We do not provide a baby coat, a desk, or extra mattresses *There is no soft cleaning included in the reservations less than 20 nights.
