Welcome to Alfama Historical Apartment I, a 3 bedroom duplex located on the 3rd floor, in a building without elevator of a traditional building on a pedestrian street in the Alfama neighborhood. This historic neighborhood is the place where Fado, the traditional Portuguese song, was born. It is a central location, close to many tourist attractions and also good restaurants and bars. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest and have a memorable stay. The space It's a beautifully furnished and equipped duplex apartment, perfect for your trip to Lisbon. --> Lower Floor (entrance) : 2 bedrooms, living & dining room with sofa + TV + cute reading corner, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms and the living & dining room have ceiling fans; --> Upper floor : Open space (traditional skew roof) + 2 single beds. The place have AC. --> All bedrooms are properly equipped with bed linen and towels and amenities for the first days of your stay --> The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all the relevant kitchen utensils. Guest access >> The upper floor will only be available for bookings for 3 guests or more. >> The duplex stairs are extremely safe, but they are mimicking the old design so they are a little bit steep. Beware to always assist children going up and down the stairs :) Other things to note - For late arrival (after 20:00), extra fee is required according to the time of your arrival, with the following values: from 20:00/22:00h - €20, from 22:00/00:00h - 30€ and after 00:00h - 40€. - IDs from all Guests will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. - No elevator since it's a traditional building. - Not allowed to change furniture from its original layout . - Guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable clean condition, otherwise +351Lisbon reserves the right to deduct additional costs from the security deposit.
