Spacious modern flat Neukölln shibari/pole/yoga

I am renting my spacious 93sqm flat while I am away. You can enjoy my spacious modern place with a fully equipped kitchen und open dining area , living room , 2 bathrooms, one bedroom and one fitness/ guest room with a extendable couch as well as 2 balconies in the middle of Neukölln :) If you want to work from my place, there is a fast WLAN connection and enough space on the dining table and on the bar to work comfortably. At least I like to switch between those 2 places :) The space You will have a lot of privacy during your stay, as there are 2 bathrooms in the flat. You will sleep in a big bedroom with A 1,80x2,00 very comfortable bed. You will have the opportunity to store your stuff in a closet . Feel free to chill out in the living room , use the kitchen or have breakfast on the sunny balcony . If you have questions during your stay you can always contact me by phone . Guest access there are sleeping opportunities for a maximum of 4 people (bedroom 2 people + extendable couch in the sport room 1-2 people depending on how much space you need) Other things to note Please leave everything clean and tidy . No party or having other guests then booked over at my place, please . There are a lot of bars etc close by. Do not smoke inside. You can smoke on the balcony, though.
