CC Blue is a hobby ranch run by hosts Cindy and Matthew who have developed their property with a mix of modern conveniences and sustainable ranch and farm life. The ranch includes a barn complete with miniature horses and donkeys, goats, pigs, cows and chickens, where guests can choose to come down and interact with the animals or sit on their private patio in their fenced in backyard and gaze at the magnificent view. The house has a modern décor with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms (showers in each), one ensuite bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and a sleep loft (up a secure ladder) with 2 twin beds. Perfect for families as a playground is right outside the gate of the backyard. Parking is available right outside the front door and space is available for trailers/jeeps. Free WiFi is included. Seasonal farm fresh and homemade products are often available for guests to enhance your stay. One dog is allowed with advanced notice and a $20/night pet fee paid in cash or through online options at the time of your arrival. We ask that you keep your pet on a leash while on the property (outside of the fenced in yard) as we have farm animals and our own dogs, so it's just safer for all concerned. We also ask that you conscientiously pick up after your pet. And…finally…if you choose to bring your dog with you, please keep them with you as we prefer that they not be left alone in the Guest House or Studio C for more than a couple of hours at a time. The Guest House at CC Blue has been a gold star property since 2014 with hosts Cindy and Matthew priding themselves on providing the best guest experience they can for everyone who arrives at the ranch. Guest access The CC Blue Guest House is easy to find and a gorgeous drive from any direction. -If you're coming from the Denver/Metro area...plan on a 6 hour drive through the most gorgeous parts of Colorado (we'll provide easy to follow driving directions for 2 different beautiful routes). -There is a local airport in Montrose (about 30 minutes away) with direct flights from a number of hubs around the country. -Or fly into Grand Junction (about 2 hours away) or Durango (about 2.5 hours away) and rent a car.
