2+2 Bedroom unit in Park West near Uptown Mall

Our minimalist, modern-designed 72sqm condo unit is nearby premier locations such as Uptown BGC Mall, Grand Hyatt, and St. Luke's Medical Center and other prominent business establishments. Starbucks is on the ground floor and convenience stores like 7 Eleven and Mini Stop are a stone throw away from it. Our place is best for couples, families with kids, business traveler and even solo travelers! The space This is strictly a non-smoking condo unit. The space is 72 square meters. The common area has an air conditioning unit, sofa-bed, center table, cable TV, dining table and chairs good for four, and a kitchenette. Strong wifi is accessible in the whole unit. There are two small balconies where the air conditioning units’ condensers are located. Basic appliances are provided in the kitchen such as a top freezer refrigerator, microwave oven, water kettle, Rice cooker, and electric induction cooker. Cooking and dining utensils are also available as well as basic condiments like oil, soy sauce, and salt. For the sleeping arrangements, below are the room details: Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a double bed, it’s own bathroom with water heater system, closet, air conditioning unit, and a window wall overlooking BGC. Room 2: This is the second bedroom with double bed, closet, air conditioning unit, and a window wall overlooking BGC. Full bathroom with water heater system is located just beside this bedroom for sharing. Room 3: This is a huge walk-in closet with sliding door converted to a room with sofa bed that sleeps two. This room has no window and air conditioning unit but electric fan is provided. Room 4: This is a room designed for helpers. It has a single folding bed, its own bathroom, and an electric fan. Other appliances provided are laundry machine, clothes iron, and hair dryer. Guest access Pool access, playroom, and the gym are all shared. Parking space is free for stays of at least two months. Other things to note 1. Standard Check-in time is 3PM while standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability. 2. There is no curfew time! Just keep it low when arriving very late or getting out very early. 3. Garbage collection is timed. The schedules are: 8AM, 1PM and 8PM. Please put your trash outside the unit's hallway during these schedules. 4. Grab drivers for food orders shall only be limited in the lobby or outside the building. 5. When staying outside for a very long time, please turn off all air conditioner units and lightings. 6. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. There is a 100,000 pesos fine.
