The Beach House was built in 2019 and now stands tall with magnificent views of the Skenes Creek Beach, amazing views of the beach from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen & Undercover Entertainment Deck Area. The back of the house shows off stunning hills and neighbouring properties. The space The house is an open plan design with living areas on the north side of the house with views from all rooms to the beach. It has been designed with clean clear lines especially for easy living. Skenes Creek Beach is just over the road with just a short walk you really have no reason not to watch the waves crash onto the sand on a sunset stroll and be back for dinner Apollo Bay is just 5 kms away by car or an hour walk along the beach Some of the restaurants offer home delivery to Skenes Creek for an extra fee. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor of the house. This is a 1:1 ratio. The ground floor is locked for storage purposes for the hosts as is a storage cupboard on the main floor. Other things to note This property is not wheel chair accessible. There is an internal stairway of approx 12 steps that can be locked from the main floor to prevent young children accessing them There are approx 9 steps at the side of the house Or there are 2 steps at the back of the house. No parties. No extra guests.
