This special and complete cottage has been taken care of by an architect in the past. The front is located on the "Westbroekpark" and behind the house is a narrow garden with a sustainable tea house/workplace in a green area. With a 15-minute walk, you are on the beach, the park is right in front of the door. The entire house is available to you and is not shared with others. The house has its own entrance. Other things to note The cottage was an alley until 1907, after which it was turned into a house with a basement, ground floor and a 1st floor. The width of the house is only 2m34, but due to the height of 3m75 and glass garden doors, it is light and spacious. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is NOT suitable for parties. Please note, this house has a small kitchen, there is no dishwasher available. However, the house has a kitchenette with induction hob (4-burner) and cookware, and the garden house also has a kitchenette with faucet and 2nd refrigerator. The bathroom has been recently renovated. There is no TV available because I do everything via the internet/laptop (WiFi also available in the tea house) I expect you to leave the house as you received it. The house is small and uncluttered and easy to keep clean. Therefore, there is no interim cleaning and no Service Fee will be charged.
