Green & quiet oasis with balcony on the top floor

Welcome to my cosy attic apartment in the Dresden Neustadt. Due to my countless journeys you will find an inspiring world map and souvenirs from Easter Island to Siberia. In summer you can relax on the green balcony from the hustle and bustle of the new town. In winter you can enjoy the apartment decorated for Christmas, including a personalized Christmas tree. The pretty back house is quiet, comfortable and offers you a 55m² oasis to make you feel like home. The space The flat is lovingly & very individually furnished, without much IKEA. Although it is an attic flat, it does not get too hot in summer or too cold in winter. Guest access The check-in is either personally with me or a neighbour, in case I am not in Dresden. If you already reside on the sun terrace, you can enter the flat in two ways: 1.) Via Alaunstraße through the front building across the courtyard to the rear building. 2) Via Katharinenstraße through the entrance next to the underground car park "Konsum" directly to the rear building. The second option via the rear entrance is definitely quieter, but a little more difficult to find. I would be happy to send you a map.
