CV’s PLACE is a fully furnished Studio Unit @ AVIDA TOWER 1 ASPIRA. Avida Towers Aspira is a safe, secure, convenient, relaxing place and advantageous location. Situated at the heart of Cagayan de Oro, the City of Golden Friendship. A dynamic city in Northern Mindanao is pretty much the place to beat in terms of job, business and pleasure opportunities. The area is nearby schools, churches, hospitals, malls, and government institutions. Easy access to any mode of public transportation. The space Building is equipped with 24/7 security and safety features including:  Main lobby where the CCTV and Security Personnel are stationed  Three (3) elevator units  Stand-by power for common areas & inside unit (lights, TV & Refrigerator)  Fire alarm & smoke detection system  Automatic fire sprinkler system  Two (2) fire exits per floor  Garbage room per floor  Water tanks for continuous water supply Inside the Studio Unit is a welcoming and cozy place with an AIR CONDITIONER and an ELECTRIC FAN to keep you cool while you take a break after the end of a tiring day of work or business or travel or from your fun and adventure. Wi-Fi is provided for your unlimited wireless internet connection. There is also an ANDROID TV available for your entertainment and enjoyment while having a good relaxation. Light cooking is allowed in the unit. We have equipped the kitchen with a REFRIGERATOR, OVEN TOASTER, ELECTRIC KETTLE, RICE COOKER, INDUCTION STOVE, KITCHEN UTENSILS (knife is not provided for safety and security reasons), DINING SET and TABLE for you to use during your stay. ELECTRIC WATER HEATER and BIDET are also installed in the bathroom. Complimentary items such as TOILET PAPER, SOAP and SHAMPOO are given once only upon check in whether short or longer stays. Guest access Basically, confirmed guests can access the unit. They can use all the amenities provided inside the unit except for the locked one's. Please note that the Sofa Bed can accommodate persons weighing 50 kilos and below. SWIMMING POOL GUIDELINES: · Operating Hours are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM everyday except on every Monday for maintenance. · Usage of the swimming pool is on a reservation basis. All pool users are oblige to register first at the concierge, must secure a pool pass prior to proceeding to the amenity area. Pool passes SHALL BE WORN in the wrist while inside the amenity area. · Property Management charge P75.00 on Weekdays and P100.00 on Weekends per Guest. The number of Guests of any resident using the pool must not exceed three (3) at any time. · Host shall not be liable for any untoward incidents arising from the usage of the swimming pool in the amenity area and for any liability incurred by the guests. CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND GUIDELINES: · Operating Hours are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and are subject to change at any time. · Only children ages 3 – 12 are allowed to use the playground and should be accompanied by an adult at all times. · Parents, Guardians and or any accompanying adult of the children using the playground shall be held responsible to the welfare of their wards. · Host shall not be liable for any untoward incidents arising from the usage of the children’s playground in the amenity area and for any liability incurred by the guests. Other things to note Check-in time is 2:00 pm onwards. Check-out time is 12:00 pm the following day. For the special accommodation, early check-in and late check out time can be negotiable with a corresponding fee to defray overhead costs and depending on the availability of the Host. Just make sure to inform the Host of your estimated check-in/out time to avoid any inconveniences.
