The space The house is located 3 km from Adler railway station and 5 km from the airport. The area is called Oryol-Izumrud, and the common people call it Chaisovhoz, because tea and bay leaves were harvested here. It still grows here, as a free bonus to our guests. Nearby are Pyaterochka and Magnit stores, Post Office and bus stop. By bus within half an hour, or maybe less (if there are no traffic jams), you can get to the Aquapark, Oceanarium, Central Market, waterfalls, Olympic Park, Sochi Park.
