The space The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 modern baths,laundry. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room can seat 8 with a beautiful view of the lake. Living room has a view of the lake with fireplace and flat screen TV. Master bedroom also has a flat screen TV. Satellite TV and Internet provided. The large screened in Muskoka room has a beautiful view of the lake. The Bunky includes a living room with a flat screen TV. Patio doors leading to the large dock. Kitchenette, bar fridge, 1 bath and 2 bedrooms. Ideal for extra guests or teenagers. The double slip boathouse has a large fridge and a bedroom. Lots of room for your toys. 2 Kayaks, life jackets, badminton, croquet and board games supplied. Guest access The cottage is on an Island only accessible by boat. Guests must rent or provide their own boat. Only a 5 minute boat ride to the Pride of Muskoka Marina. Free parking at the Marina. Several Marina's in the area rent boats. A covered boat slip and 2 parking spaces available at Allport Marina for an extra cost. The closest town is Bracebridge. Other things to note A few rules: - No Pets (unless special approval) - No Fires (Fire Ban fines are upwards of $6,000 due to the township) - No Fireworks (See fire ban on Bracebridge.com website) - No parties or loud noise.
