King street Vintage Design Home with balcony

Modern flat in the city center of Budapest, in the hippest street only a few steps from Deák Ferenc Square, the Gozsdu Court and the bar and restaurant area. The location could truly not be better, the main metro hub Deák Ferenc Square, St Stephen's Basilica and State Opera are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a vintage design café in the bottom of building, a Michelin star restaurant, and almost every few meter a café, pub or restaurant. The space COSY and DELIGHTFUL fully RENOVATED apartment (50m2) with BALCONY that combines the inimitably warm atmosphere of a Budapest home and a historical building. There are 2 bedrooms both with a 160cm wide double bed, and there is a common area with an openable couch which folds into a 120cm wide bed. We provide sheets and a set of towels for our guests and if you stay for over a week, we can provide a weekly cleaning for 10eur extra. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 5/towel. - We also provide an initial set of body wash, shampoo and a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
